Our residents have access to their own personal “My Home Matters” account where they can pay bills, submit maintenance requests and submit comments or compliments about living at their Venterra community. We select a winner each month from the many compliments that we receive and in the month of May, we received over 200 compliments across our portfolio! Venterra awarded Phil Sank, a Make Ready Technician at Waterford at Mandarin Apartments with $400 for receiving the compliment below from a resident.
“There is a gentleman, I think his name is Phil but I am not sure, he is an older person with a short light haircut. I think this man is one of the most hard working people around. The other morning I saw him out cleaning up the grounds at around 7:30 am. I told him there was a mess that was dumped around the back retention pond and he immediately cleaned it up. On other occasions, when I am leaving for work or taking out my trash, he is so kind and takes the trash up for me knowing I have problems with the steps. Finding people like him, who takes pride in his work, is extremely hard. People like him should be rewarded and kept around. Thank you for your great work!”
