It’s no secret that we’ve always got our aim set on finding ways to better our resident and employee experience, but we know the importance of an interview experience, too. Looking for a new job is often a nerve-racking thing to do and, whether it’s for better or worse, the recruiting process can set the tone for an employee’s experience with their company, even before the first face to face chat happens.
From making sure our candidates know what to expect in our recruiting process to being there to answer questions for them along the way, we do our best to help make the interview process a smooth one and to help keep those stomach butterflies at bay for our candidates.
