July 2011’s video contest was “How Do You Motivate Your Team?” and we had some really entertaining entries.  One of Venterra’s promises is to Keep It Fun and it is obvious that Venterra knows how to do that – whether it’s eating food, dancing, eating more food, simply thanking each other or eating more food, we obviously know how to keep each other motivated.
