What Does A Maintenance Technician Do?
A Maintenance Technician provides support to the Maintenance Managers and assumes a leadership role in their absence. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs in addition to providing quality service to our residents, diagnosing problems and making other timely repairs.
