After recently attending a conference in Cleveland where presenter Matt Harding, of “Where the Hell is Matt?” online fame spoke, our Chief Operating Officer, Richard Roos, was inspired to join in the fun and bring it back with him in the form of a portfolio-wide dance competition!
Our communities and employees were encouraged to out dance Richard and catch their best moves on video. Residents, future residents, vendors, and who ever else was willing to cut a rug were invited to join in and the best movers and shakers were awarded a $500 and a $150 team lunch event!
First place went to the Park 9 team in Orlando, FL and second place went to Team Raintree in Baytown, TX!
