  1. Dear Sir: You bought the Katy, Tx. Property a few months ago. I had nothing but problem with management, I’m elderly old, I want respect. Don’t try and make demands of me I’m 90 years old. I just want to finish my lease in peace and quite! You made a mistake buying this property is noisy, their. O insulation between apartment neighbors can hear each other, flush toilets, TV, dogs, door bells, etc. etc…These apartments worst made I’ve had live in. Tell your manager to accept cashiers checks or I’ll file a FHA complaint based on age, race, etc, etc. I told her I’m leaving and will give her written notice on May first 60 days before move out. She HARASSING me wanting it before that for more than a month now! STOP THE HARESSEMENT, TAKE MY CASHIERS CHECKS THAT SHOW I’VE payed in full were done. Refund my deposit. I have pictures over 100 showing how bad the apartments was on move in date. My caretaker frustrated having a hard time taking care for all the issues she keeps sending fliers, etc, Etc. I just want peace, don’t hares me with all your rules, I called the police already about my stuff being stolen. Only someone with keys could have gotten access come in through garage using opener to get into apartment. I was a police office and court clerk so I know when I’m being conned and harassment issue. I have just over 2 months on lease to go…CHECKS ARE DATED WITH APT NO. MONTH OF RENT, PLUS NO. OF MONTHS LEFT, THEIR JUST LIKE CIRPORATE CHECKS. BETTER IN FACT, CASHIERS CHECKS BETTER…STOP, making my life difficult…I’m old I sleep most of the time, have no patience for your changes going on I’m leaving, as soon as lease is up. If you make problems, I’ll be forced to take my disputes to department of elderly discrimination… I’m blind in one eye, I’ve have back problems, I don’t like being troubled by your staff…Just let us live in peace two more months with peace and quite. People doing construction, basket ball playing late at night at my front door, plus garbage dumpster coming to early in morning must stop. So noisy I just want no more disputes with your manager, her demands for this place should be addressed to those staying, I’M NOT SAYING….YOU HAVE sturred up ants coming up in drains no food counter tops. Place is cleaned daily. Construction and weather causing them to come up drains I. Apartments I spoken to other tenants they say the same ants Everwhere….Don’t charge us for problems you caused by digging up sidewalks and driveways around our apartments….
