A Little Training for the Trainer
Recently, Stephanie Gonzalez, Director of the Customer Experience and myself were given the opportunity to attend a one of a kind, customer service training program taught by THE authority on world-class customer service John DiJulius and become part of an elite group of Secret Service Certified Agents. The experience was outstanding and extremely beneficial. The program gave us the tools and resources to successfully facilitate Customer Experience training to our Venterra employees and the importance of delivering the best customer experience to our current and prospective residents. In September of this year we will be providing all Venterra employees with extensive training over our Customers Experience. Our goal is to standout as a Customer Centric Company and offering our employees more frequent training on how to consistently deliver an amazing Customer Experience is the first step in doing just that! It is exciting to work for a company that invests training into their own leaders to ensure we successfully accomplish our goals.
