What do these words have in common? Our annual Venterra Kick- Off Party, that’s what! It’s a time where hard work pays off and proud moments are made. It’s a place where cheer and delight fill the air and butterflies float in your tummy. At the beginning of each New Year all Venterra employees come together to celebrate success, have fun and get reenergized for the year ahead. Award categories include Rising Star, Of the Region, WOW and many more! This year, we gave away two hundred and ten awards and celebrated twice with a party in Houston for the Texas and Tennessee properties and again in the Atlanta for the Southeast and Florida properties. There was even Flash Mob featuring the ‘Gangnam Style’ Dance! How could anything be more fun?
At the end of the day, no matter which way you slice it, Venterra is a great place to live, work and play. As our Leader Promise states: ‘We will make time to have fun and celebrate Success!’ Our annual Kick-Off Party is just one of the many ways our employees are celebrated, recognized and appreciated!
